![]() Valet had me go downstairs to pick up my truck, which is unheard of. However, my experience with the customer service there was terrible. The restaurant was very well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant overlooks a valley with cows roaming and the occasional Hawk circling over head. Our waiter, Daniel was very casual, humorous, knowledgeable and made you feel right at home. I truly enjoyed the desert, Warm Apple Crostata with a caramel sauce and vanilla bean icecream. Not so sure what the Sunchoke Hash was other than it did not have any flavor at all. The Chard was fresh and done so it was not limp and retained it's flavor. It could have been cardboard without taste. ![]() The Salmon was over cooked and had zero flavor. ![]() The salmon was placed on a bed of Rainbow Chard and Sunchoke Hash. The salmon was most definately fresh and Coho. First Course was a salad for me Radicchio with Blue Cheese and candied Walnuts.perfect, plenty of blue cheese (not cheap either) and an abundance of Walnuts, pear slices were placed on top.
